We have millions of square feet under management. Several large building portfolio owners engage us annually to walk their properties to provide repair and useful life feedback. This process is not only the smart thing to do, it is required to maintain certain manufacturer warranties.

We provide this feed back in the form of standardized reports with accompanying
digital pictures. These reports are easy to read and only include relevant information. By using these reports, it is obvious what repairs should be performed currently to maintain the system in good working order. Our customers have found this information invaluable during the due diligence process of selling buildings as well.

In addition to this standardized report, we are able to perform infrared scans of your roof to see if moister is trapped beneath the surface. This type of scan goes beyond what the eye can see to provide feed back on what is going on within the assembly.

We use our own employees and cover the entire south eastern portion of the United States. Our competent office staff is able to help organize the paper work required to document and track roof projects for your reporting requirements.

We have full service repair crews on the road every day.  These crews are equipped with the tools and know how to complete routine repairs and complicated smaller projects.

  Sheet Metal Fabrication and    Installation



  



We have over 10,000 square feet of our warehouse dedicated to metal fabrication of gutter, downspouts, edge metal, etc.  We fabricate the metal used in our own roof assemblies to help control our quality.

We have slitters, computerized breaks, shears and gutter machines that are able to fabricate components from pre-finished galvanized, aluminum or stainless steel metal.
